CREDIT CARDS WILL NO BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
We offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
- Customer Responsibility: Please note that all international shipments (Canada to USA) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees levied by the U.S. government and/or the shipping carrier.
- Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any such additional charges. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs shown at checkout and must be paid by the recipient upon or before delivery.
- Policy on Refusal: If a shipment is refused due to unexpected customs charges, the original shipping fees and any return shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
Many of our products may be eligible for duty-free treatment under CUSMA if they meet specific "rules of origin" (meaning they are manufactured or significantly transformed in North America).

- Documentation: For eligible items, we provide the necessary Certification of Origin or include the required data elements on your commercial invoice to help you claim preferential tariff treatment.
As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. has suspended the duty-free "de minimis" threshold ($800 USD) for many shipments. This means that all commercial shipments entering the U.S., regardless of value, may now face duties and require more detailed customs documentation than in previous years.
Step 1. Shipping Information
Please provide precise address information including city, province/territory, and postal code information. Remember to spell out the Canadian city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section. Your shipping address must be in Canada. After entering the "ship to" addresses, you can select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection.

Step 2. Payment Information
Le Kare Beauty Supplies accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal (only available on https://le-kare-beauty.myshopify.com/). You can also pay for your order with a Gift Card or eGift Card. You can use up to two Gift Cards or eGift Cards for each order online. You can use up to ten Gift Cards and/or eGift Cards for an order by contacting Customer Service. At this time we are unable to accept store credits or debit cards on Canadian orders. We will not bill your credit card until we ship your order. You can store multiple credit cards to use for your online purchase. During the checkout process, you can add, edit, or delete your information. Select one credit card for the payment of your order. If you have a coupon or promotional code, you can enter by expanding the Promotions section. On ‘Apply’ the promotional offer will appear in your inline shopping basket. Only one promotional code can be used per order. Promotional codes cannot be combined or redeemed for cash or credit.
Step 3. Order Review
Please review your order to ensure that your order information is correct, especially the shipping and billing addresses. If you want to change your order, or any of the shipping or billing information, go back to previous steps by clicking on 'select' for section you want to edit. The total price includes taxes, shipping and handling charges. This is the total cost to you - there will be no additional or other hidden charges. If you decide not to place your order, you can cancel your order at this time. To place your order, click "Place Order."
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with https://le-kare-beauty.myshopify.com/, you will see an Order Confirmation with an order number. You will also receive an e-mail with your order details. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation e-mail includes your order number, products ordered and prices, any promotional coupons, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the ship method. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. You may return your items free of charge.
