Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a Le Kare Beauty Supply purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for https://le-kare-beauty.myshopify.com/ purchases and in-store purchases. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Le Kare Beauty Supply monitors return activity by customers for abuse, and if we detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity from a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that Le Kare Beauty Supply will no longer accept any returns from that customer, with or without a receipt.

All returns are subject to validation and approval at Le Kare Beauty Supply’s discretion. Beauty Insider points associated with all refunds will be removed when the refund transaction is processed.

Le Kare Beauty Supply Purchases

New or gently used https://le-kare-beauty.myshopify.com/ purchases can be easily returned for FREE (no return shipping or handling fees) to any of our  Le Kare Beauty Supply  or by mail if you use our pre-paid return shipping label (follow the return procedures described below). We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.

Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

When you return your new or gently used https://le-kare-beauty.myshopify.com/ purchase by mail and we receive it within 30 days of purchase:

♦ If you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item.
♦ If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account.
♦ If you paid with a Le Kare Beauty Supply gift card or a Le Kare Beauty Supply online store credit, you will receive a full refund in the form of an online store credit for the item which may be redeemed.

If we receive your new or gently used item by mail between 31 and 60 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund in the form of an online store credit for the item which may be redeemed at https://le-kare-beauty.myshopify.com/. For new or gently used https://le-kare-beauty.myshopify.com/ products returned in a Le Kare Beauty Supply  store, rather than by mail, received within 30 days of purchase:

♦ If you paid for your purchase with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item.
♦ If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund on a Le Kare Beauty Supply  gift card.
♦ If you paid with a Le Kare Beauty Supply  gift card, you will receive a full refund on a Le Kare Beauty Supply  gift card.
♦ If you paid with a Le Kare Beauty Supply  online store credit, you will receive a refund on a Le Kare Beauty Supply  merchandise credit that can only be used at Le Kare Beauty Supply  Canada stores and is not valid for use on https://le-kare-beauty.myshopify.com/.

If you return your new or gently used https://le-kare-beauty.myshopify.com/ product to a  Le Kare Beauty Supply store between 31 and 60 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund in the form of a Le Kare Beauty Supply merchandise credit that can only be used at Le Kare Beauty Supply Canada stores and is not valid for use on https://le-kare-beauty.myshopify.com/.

New or gently used items returned in a Le Kare Beauty Supply store without an original packing slip but found within our system, will be processed according to this refund and exchange policy. Any products not verifiable within our system will be ineligible for a refund, exchange, or credit.

Items purchased on https://le-kare-beauty.myshopify.com/ may not be returned by mail or in stores, and will not be refunded, more than 60 days after purchase.

Items shipped to Le Kare Beauty Supply outside of the returns window, not in new or gently used condition, without a Le Kare Beauty Supply original packing slip, or not purchased at https://le-kare-beauty.myshopify.com/, may not be credited back or returned to you. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.

https://le-kare-beauty.myshopify.com/ is unable to offer exchanges by mail; however, we are happy to exchange your new or gently used product in any of our store locations within 60 days of purchase.

Le Kare Beauty Supply Return Procedures

Here are two easy ways to return your item:

1. Le Kare Beauty Supply Returns by Mail

♦ Include the original Le Kare Beauty Supply packing slip with your items.
♦ Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and Le Kare Beauty Supply packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Print the Prepaid Return Label from the link below and mail your return via Canada Postal Service (Canada Post).
♦ You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

Returns must be received within 60 days of purchase. Items shipped to Le Kare Beauty Supply outside of the returns window may not be returned to you.

It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Return shipments can be tracked here and we will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. 2. Le Kare Beauty Supply Returns to Store Locations

Visit any free-standing Le Kare Beauty Supply to return an item purchased from Le Kare Beauty Supply within 60 days of purchase. Please bring your Le Kare Beauty Supply original packing slip with you, as well as the debit, credit card or PayPal account information you used to place your order.

Gift Returns

If you are returning a Le Kare Beauty Supply gift that you received by mail and do not want the refund to go to the purchaser

Le Kare Beauty Supply In-store Purchases

New or gently used items purchased in store and returned within 30 days of your original purchase date along with your receipt will be refunded or exchanged at your preference. Refunds will be processed in the same tender as your original purchase. Beauty Insider points associated with your refund will be removed when the transaction is processed. All applicable taxes as required by law will be included.

Any new or gently used items accompanied by a receipt but returned 31 to 60 days after your original purchase date will be refunded in the form of a Le Kare Beauty Supply merchandise credit or we will gladly offer to you a product exchange.

Le Kare Beauty Supply merchandise credit can only be used at Le Kare Beauty Supply stores and is not valid for use on Le Kare Beauty SupplyLe Kare Beauty Supply merchandise credit has no expiration date and cannot be redeemed for cash (other than as provided by law), reloaded, transferred to others, or sold; and if lost or stolen we are not able to replace it for you.

New or gently used items returned without a receipt but found within our system will be processed according to the applicable Le Kare Beauty Supply refund and exchange policy. Any products not verifiable within our system will be ineligible for a refund, exchange, or merchandise credit.
